to Use Thieves or Thieves Vitality
Thieves Tea: Brew some tea (we love echinacea or chamomile); let it cool slightly. Place one drop of Thieves Vitality to a metal spoon and pour raw honey onto it. Stir into your tea. What an easy and delicious way to support your immune system's healthy function.
Thieves + Honey Throat Coat: 1 Tbsp. honey, 1 tsp. water, 2 drops Thieves Vitality, 2 drops Lemon Vitality. Heat up water and honey together until just warm and liquidy. Add oils and stir together. Serve on a spoon. (Make sure the liquid isn't too hot of close to boiling before adding the oils.)
Diffuse Around the Clock: Your home will have a wonderful smell without the toxins candles can release. Diffusing Thieves does the opposite, actually cleansing the air throughout your home. Change up the scent by adding extra Lemon or Citrus Fresh for a clean, warm atmosphere, or add Lavender for sleepy wellness vibes.
Run a Bath: Add a couple of drops of Thieves to Epsom salts and sprinkle generously into your hot water.
Dilute in a Roller: Apply to the bottom of the feet, along the spine, and over lymph nodes daily.
